BrandScience.ai
Six places. One intake.

The Charter cohort

Customers answer for free. Science calculates your score. AI tells you how to make more money.

We take six brands and work alongside each one: one-to-one sessions on what your results actually mean for the business, with the people who built the model. Six places, because that is how many we can do this properly for.

Applications are read personally. If it is a fit, we will set up a call.

How it works

Your customers do the first step. You do not do any of them.

1
Your customers

Customers answer for free.

A one-minute survey to people who have already bought from you. No panels, no recruitment fees, no research team, and nothing to pay for responses.

2
The science

Science calculates your score.

Their answers run through validated academic models rather than a sentiment guess, drawn from the peer-reviewed consumer-based brand equity literature: Aaker, Keller, Yoo and Donthu, Netemeyer, Park. You get a Brand Equity score, the drivers behind it, and where you sit against your category.

3
The AI

AI tells you how to make more money.

Your AI Head of Brand Marketing reads the result and names the levers: what to fix to reduce acquisition cost, lift pricing power, and grow referrals and repeat purchase.

Every month after

And then it keeps going.

Point it at your post-purchase flow and new customers keep answering as they buy. You watch the score move quarter on quarter, against your category and against your own last read, so you find out whether what you changed actually landed. That is the difference between a snapshot and a tracker.

What lands on your desk

The verdict first, the drivers behind it, and the route straight to what to do about it. Figures below are a sample brand's; yours reads the same way, from your own customers.

If you only know one thing Professional

Alignment runs deep, but attachment stays shallow

Your customers believe strongly in what you stand for (66% alignment depth, 37 points above benchmark) and see clear quality (56%). Yet only 27% feel personally attached to the brand. The gap means you're respected more than loved, leaving room for competitors to build emotional bonds your rational strength hasn't secured.

Jump straight to the Recommendations
Touchpoints 66%

Touchpoints scores excellently, with both Staff Behaviour and Brand Environment performing at a similarly high level. Customers experience a consistent, high-quality brand across human and physical touchpoints.

Brand Attachment 27%

Brand Attachment lands in good territory, pulled upward by solid Prominence and Self Congruence scores. The drag comes from Brand Self Connection, which sits in neutral territory.

What the cohort adds

The product is the same one everybody gets. These three things are not.

The first send

We run the first one with you

We work with you through the first send: setting up the survey, choosing who to send it to, and reading what comes back.

Direct help

Two hours with the person who built the model

Two one-to-one calls with Adir, spent on your results rather than on onboarding. This is consulting time, and it is not part of the standard product.

Dr. Adir Shiffman Dr. Adir Shiffman Executive Chairman of ASX-listed Catapult Sports, and a qualified medical doctor. He found and blended the academic models this runs on.
The write-up

A case study you approve

We write up what the model showed and what you did about it. You hold a veto over the draft, and nothing is published without your sign-off.

The terms, up front

So the call is spent working out whether it fits, not explaining the deal.

Before you ask your legal team

You are inviting your own customers to answer, so this is worth getting out of the way early rather than three weeks into a review.

  • BrandScience Pty Ltd is an Australian company, bound by the Australian Privacy Principles, and by the GDPR for respondents in the EEA and the UK.
  • We do not sell personal information.
  • Your customer list stays yours. The survey goes out through your own flow, so what reaches us are the answers.
  • Respondents can be deleted or anonymised on request.

The detail, including where data is hosted and how long it is kept, is in the privacy policy. Bring it to the call and we will go through whatever your team needs.

Who this suits

It takes around 50 responses before the read is worth acting on, so the question that decides it is how many customers you can email. The application asks, in ranges.

A fit if

  • You own a brand people have bought from
  • You can email those customers
  • You could send within 30 days
  • You are willing to be written about

Not a fit if

  • ×You sell only through retailers and hold no customer list
  • ×You want a monthly plan
  • ×You would rather stay anonymous

Only six places

The application takes a few minutes. The one question that matters is what you cannot currently answer about how your customers see you.
